How to Apply
The first step in enrolling your child at Malaika Early Learning Center is to schedule a tour so you can see the center and learn more about the enrollment process. To schedule a tour, please submit the form below or contact our staff at 414-562-4997.

Step 2: Fill out the DPI Application

Note that all info must exactly match the info on your DPI application.

Step 4: Verification and Notification
Once the DPI and Malaika applications are completed and all the approved verification documents have been provided staff will verify the documents. After the verification process is completed, families will receive an acceptance letter in the mail and/or via email.
